Billionaires’ Row mansion, with pub and billiards room, asks $39M

A rare offering inside San Francisco’s ten-digit enclave

Located on a stretch of street nicknamed Billionaires’ Row, a neighborhood with such ilk as Oracle’s Larry Ellison and high society staples Ann and Gordon Getty, this tony and towering home appears at first glance like an old home. The home is owned by Bebo founders Michael and Xochi Birch; it’s listed for $39 million, which, if sold at asking, could make it one of the most expensive sales in SF residential history.
